GP CareNav can be set up very quickly and requires little input from your practice staff, IT department or ICB other than finalisation and ‘clinical approval’ over the content of the database prior to implementation.
As GP CareNav is so easy to use, very little training is actually required. However, we will include up to 1 hour of training for the core staff members who will administrate or use this system. Once trained, it is incredibly easy to show others how it’s done.
The content of GP CareNav is easily and quickly searchable, and can be managed by selected staff members easily. Items can be added, modified or removed from the database easily.
We can give support for this list for 1 year for free. This includes offering you any updates or improvements to the system. You may find this is all you need but if you’d like ongoing support beyond this we can offer this at an agreed annual rate.
GP CareNav works in any Microsoft 365 environment including the shared NHS tenant or any individual tenants (subject to local permissions).
We can work with you to finalise the content of the database to ensure it is accurate, safe, and works for your practice. Whether you have only GPs or a mixture of Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) working alongside you, we can tailor make the list to suit your needs.
There is a clear protocol for staff to book in the most appropriate appointments.
It can help to fill a gap when more complex electronic triage solutions aren’t appropriate.
Makes it clear who may be more appropriately managed elsewhere or by staff who aren’t GPs
